The current Pakistani Government has made a mockery of all the challenges and situations it find itself in.  It is almost becoming unbearable to see what is happening and in the manner they approach issues, matters related to governance, prioritisation of our interests and most importantly lack of sincerity and courage.

(l) ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE.

5.    As previously stated; the multi tier courts system is complicated and confusing for a layman to comprehend. The lower to middle income groups cannot afford to engage a lawyer and as such suffer a disadvantage, compared to the wealthy groups, who can get hold of the top lawyers and win their cases. In the 10th November 2008, edition of the PTV programme, “BOLTA PAKISTAN”, Chief Minister of Punjab Mr Shehbaz Sharif openly declared that “JUSTICE CAN BE BOUGHT IN THE SUBORDINATE COURTS.” This alarming statement from the lips of the Chief Minister will not inspire much confidence in the minds of the future investors, who may be considering investing their money in Pakistan.

26 May, 2010 Facebook- Becoming of Caricature itself...

The days of social networking and its components installed by Facebook to draw caricatures of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) as an international competition is yet another exercise to create turmoil and propagate ambiguity and hurt Muslims around the globe. It is not the first incidence and won’t be the last- The Danish, The Dutch and many others tried these things of similar nature and now Facebook.

Pakistan, from the very outset, has been beleaguered with serious internal and external problems. A brief reference to the historical background and the need for the creation of a separate homeland for the Muslims of Indian sub-continent would help us to identify various problems that Pakistan is continuing to face.

27 May, 2009 Pakistan - Internal and External Problems - Phase 2...

This is another unpleasant reality that has destabilised certain areas of Pakistan; especially the commercial and industrial city of Karachi. At one stage in the 1990s the Mohajar Quami Movement were demanding the whole of Sindh Province as a separate state for the Mohajar. This in turn resulted in un-necessary blood shed and loss of lives of Mohajars, locals; army and police personnel. It is regrettable that after sixty years, the rift between the locals and Mohajars and their descendants has widened instead narrowing.
