PTI Lawyers Wing will offer these classes for FREE.

These FREE coaching classes will prepare the lawyers to take this test who are from remote areas of Pakistan so that they can practice Law in the UK. This FREE coaching will motivate people to join PTI.

Thus we need your help in the following:

2. If you are a practicing lawyer in the UK and have taken this test then we would like you to share your experiences and provide guidance/coaching to the students on how to prepare for this test.

Please ask your questions via the Question Box below and a UK lawyer / barrister will provide an answer. Your question will be posted on this website and the answer will also be posted on this website.

FAQs

QUESTION 1

WHO ARE THE BENEFICIARIES / TARGET GROUP OF THIS INITIATIVE / WHO IS ELIGIBLE ?

Target group are lawyers who have passed their bar exams and who are eligible to practice law in district courts  - although our preference is lawyers who have two years of experience and are amongst the top 5 % of their  class .

QUESTION 2

DOES THE BENEFICIARY HAVE TO BE A PTI MEMBER ?

One does not have to be a PTI member to take advantage of this initiative.   All lawyers are welcome as the objective is to promote PTI amongst lawyers community and encourage them to join the party as well as to help spread the message of PTI more effectively.  However the teachers are from PTI Lawyers wing

QUESTION 3

Is this free for all including non PTI members ?

Students pay their own fees for registration and exams. We only provide them with course material and coaching / guidance.

QUESTION 4

Who is the incharge for this specific project and how is the student's progress monitored

PTI Lawyers wing who are launching this initiative are in charge of the project and will monitor the progress of the students. They are looking to start the classes a week after they receive soft/hard copies of the course material. We would be welcome to hear of ideas for monitoring progress.

QUESTION 5

How the Project will help the PTI in the long run?

We are planning to market PTI Lawyers Wing as a wing which is concerned with the professional grooming of its members. This in itself differentiates us from the other two parties i.e. PPP and PML lawyer's wing. Actually no one in Pakistan has ever shown concern with professional development  of  young lawyers, neither bar nor the government nor the universities.  We want to propagate a message that we care and that we are willing to work for it.  This will also unable us to stay in contact with young lawyers and will also help us change the perception of those who think all political parties are alike and will prove that we can take initiatives as well.
